2. Hosting (Data Processing by HubSpot)

Our website is hosted on the HubSpot CMS platform.

For the operation of the site, HubSpot processes only the technically necessary access data in so-called server log files (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, user agent).
This processing is carried out to ensure the stability and security of our online services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with HubSpot.
No data is transferred to third countries unless support services by HubSpot Inc. (USA) are required in exceptional cases. In such cases, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

3. No Processing of Personal Data for Analytics or Marketing Purposes

We do not use web analytics tools, tracking technologies, marketing cookies, or consent management platforms.
No personal data is collected or stored by us for advertising, profiling, or statistical purposes.

4. Contacting Us by Email or Phone

When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).
The data will be deleted once the communication has been completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
